CIRCUIT CLASS

  • This class rotates through a mixture of cardio and resistance stations. 
  • Work at your own pace to strengthen, burn calories and improve your fitness.

BODY SHAPE

  • A fun non-impact (no jumping) workout that doesn't require co-ordination.
  • With use of step, dynaband and barbells, designed to tone your body into shape.

PILATES (MAT)

  • Try this stress relieving total body workout designed to improve & enhance your flexibility, core strength, co-ordination, balance & breathing.
