These include treadmills, cross trainers, bikes, rowing machines and a wide range of resistance equipment. Members can work at their own speed or enlist in the help and advice of an experienced and qualified member of staff.
ROCK CLIMBING: Sportworks has a custom built, contoured and textured 8m high indoor rock climbing wall for classes, clubs birthday/office parties or casual visits. We cater to all levels of ability with experienced instructors to teach you how to climb safely. Climbing is great for confidence, strength, fitness and coordination but most importantly it's FUN!
